If I could recommend any single place to stay in Ninh Binh - this would be it! Our stay here was one of our highlights of our entire trip in Vietnam. The whole family was extremely accomodating, warm, and kind. Transport was easy with scooter rental and all of the main attractions were within 15 minutes drive. As well as that, the place was considerably cheaper than a lot of other homestays nearby, and worth far more than all of them.

Tan and Ming were incredibly helpful, especially in encouraging us to check out the bird sanctuary, an epic highlight of our trip, listen to Tan and follow the left side all the way to the back and climb the stairs! The restaurant on the roof was really special and we had some great Phó Gá (chicken pho w/ pineapple) Ming is especially funny and clever and we really enjoyed her personality, their father will treat you to his homemade wine and also, the room is spotless and cleaned each day. We were very grateful to stay away from the DisneyLand environment of the central town. One note, if you do laundry service here, allow a day before you next travel for things to air dry given the humid conditions of Ninh Binh ;)

Would highly recommend this homestay if you are visiting Ninh Binh. The family is super friendly and warm, making you feel truly at home. They gave good tips for local sightseeing. The restaurant upstairs serves super yummy freshly cooked meals. We had all our meals at the restaurant, since it was raining heavily during most of our stay. I would go back just to eat those meals. The family invited us to their family dinner, celebrating Lunar New Year and we were served yummy hotpot and wine. This was a very thoughtful gesture. They even packed a cake for us when we left Ninh Binh. Would highly recommend this place, if you are after a homely accommodation with loving hosts

You will fall in love with the family here. They were beyond welcoming and accommodating. They are lovely to chat with and will share their homemade rice wine. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We loved eating in their restaurant, the food was very good and reasonably priced. We rented motorbikes from them and had the best time in Ninh Binh. We would 100% stay here again.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten (für wenig Geld kann ein Roller direkt im Homestay ausgeliehen werden). Die Zimmer sind schön und ruhig, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Im Restaurant auf dem Dachgeschoss kann man sehr lecker essen und Frühstücken. Die Familie ist ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit inklusive Reiswein vom Vater und entertainmentprogramm vom Sohn;)
