This was a great place to stay while receiving almost daily treatments at the Mayo Clinic. Being able to park in a garage was a requirement for us! It was nice to return each day to a place that felt like home. We used the fireplace often on the cold Minnesota days to relax in a comfortable setting. The home was well furnished even for an extended stay. Great location for restaurants and other stores all within about 5 minutes. It was about a 12 minute drive to the Mayo parking garages on a busy day. Craig was flexible extremely easy to work with. We would certainly stay here in the future.

this was a great place to stay while we were in rochester. less than 15 min to mayo clinic. peacefull , quiet, no traffic for its at the end of a small street. i felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Craig was a wonderful host. Close to Mayo Clinic. Friendly neighbors & a nice clean neighborhood. I love how quiet it is. Loved the enclosed garage & fireplace too. Everything was just as described within the description. I highly recommend him & his comfortable home. We will definitely be back❣️

As a frequent traveler for work, this was one of the best places I've stayed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property was clean and well taken care of. Craig was a great host and I can't wait to revisit this property.

I highly recommend staying at this townhouse. It was nicely decorated and very clean. and the location is fantastic. A quick 10 minute drive to Mayo, and close by shopping and retail. We stayed in January, and it was so good to have the attached double car garage and not have to worry about Minnesota snow. Craig was excellent in communicating with us. My wife was getting treatment at Mayo Clinic, and it was so nice to have a nice place to come home to daily. It truly felt like a "home away from home"
