The apartment itself is as described by the photos and very clean in person. The decor and furniture are modern and spotless. I assume in the summer, if you just wanted to get away, it's excellent. I received clear instructions to enter the property and it is close to some nice restaurants and right next door to a supermarket which was very convenient. However, getting to and from Murano island to the main attractions in Venice is not cheap unless you take the public boats in which case it's an hour each way to and from St. Marks square. For convenience, the standard rate of water taxi or Vaporetto, is €60 each way! At night, after dinner near St Mark's Square, it was €80 and that's because we begged him down from €90! We had a train at 7:18am and missed it, losing €120 in non-refundable train tickets because there were no available at public boats at 6am that could get us there in time. Lastly, Venice is a city that requires you to walk, so pack lightly!

Great place! We didn’t get enough time to enjoy it to the fullest but hope we can return again to Murano and enjoy it. We had some trouble paying the taxes because we left early from the Air B&B and the office was not open when we arrived and when we left but Elodie was gracious enough to allow us to pay with credit card. But over all awesome person was very helpful.

Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtete und geschnittene Wohnung direkt am Kanal unweit der Haltestelle des Vaporetto und des Lilalaguna, sehr wohnlich und praktisch eingerichtet, beste Lage für einen romantischen Venedig Urlaub, ruhig, nicht zu viele Touristen und trotzdem nah dran an allen wichtigen Orten Ideal an den Flughafen angebunden ( direkt von Flugzeug zu 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Boot ( Lilalaguna) und dann ist es schon die erste oder dritte Haltestelle (blaue oder rote Linie). Die rote Linie fährt direkt bis vor die Tür ( Museo). Am Flughafen kann man fussläufig zum Boot auch günstig parken. Supermarkt (Coop) ist im Nachbarhaus, so das man auch selbst kochen kann. Ein gutes aber nicht ganz preiswertes Restaurant ist 10 m weiter am Kanal. Das Haus hat insgesamt ca. 6 verschiedene Appartements, Zugang mit Code. Wir kommen sicher öfter hierher.

The Cobalto Suite was convenient in the heart of Murano’s Main Street. We enjoyed the Terrace with its loungers and dining area for extra living space. The living area had a comfortable couch. The kitchen area and bathroom had everything we needed. The Coop grocery store was just downstairs. The Museo boat ramp was yards away from the front door. The bed was comfortably firm and there was plenty of wardrobe space behind the bed. The rain shower head was a nice little luxury.
