Jump on a train and you’ll be in the city (Flinders Street) in 4mins or take a peaceful stroll along the Yarra River and cross over the historically beautiful Morell Bridge and you’re at the entrance to the Royal Botanical Gardens. There’s shopping, bars, food (and then even more food) options along Swan Street, Church Street and Bridge Rd plus a strip of wonderful Asian food outlets for cheap and cheerful dumplings or Vietnamese Pho slightly further up along Victoria Street. If driving, take the Burnley Street exit off the M1 Motorway after the tunnel. Closest Public Transport: Train - Richmond Station is about a 3 minute walk away. Flinders Street Station is one stop away. Tram - Tram Stop #8 on Swan Street is serviced by the number 70 tram.
