The location is great. Across the street is a great beach to swim, boogie board and watch the sunset. We walked to various restaurants and along the beach. It was quiet for sleeping. The place is comfortable and had everything and more. The beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were great to have. Mike was proactive and easy to communicate with. We would recommend his place and would stay again.

The condo was great. It really is just across the street to beach access at Charley Young Beach which connects to Kam 1. Having all the beach gear available on hand was really nice. We used the chairs and umbrellas each day. About a 10 min walk from the condo there is a great food truck market across from Kalama Park. The view from the balcony is an ocean/mountain view and not straight out to the ocean - really nice view especially in the morning when the sun hits the mountain. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Kihei.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. Woke up the first morning to fun balcony view -- a rainbow beaming over the mountains into the ocean. Kids slept great in the loft; we slept great in the master BR. Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, beach supplies and towels. Grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and activities all very accessible from this location. Outdoor grills worked great. We learned from another guest there are actually 3 pools associated with this complex; they are relatively small but never crowded and perfect for kids. The beach across the street was lovely for swimming and sunsets, and our family loved the surf lesson we took at the cove beach a few blocks north. We drove around the island to do various activities and this area proved to be a nice location for a home base. Mike was very good at communication and provided great advice!

We loved our stay! Everything was just as described. The location was perfect. The extras like the cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards were much appreciated. We were able to check in early which was great. The complex was clean, safe and very convenient. We would love to return!
