We r a family of 5 people, including 3 children's stayed 7 days 12th to 19th Aug 2023 Pros nice owner , helpful , big bathroom , warm water Cons *Shortage of supplies , handsoap half filled finished the 3rd day , provided 1 and half toilet papers for 5 people for 7 nights * owner expects us to sleep 22:00 o clock and there should not be any walking noice , building is made up of wood . * The owner does not provide any new bed sheets or towels or any clean pillow covers , we had to survive with the same for 7 days * no vacuum cleaner facility , there is only 1 shared brush to clean, shared with 4 apartments *it's mentioned in the terms that 3Euro per person tax is included, but the owner charged 42Euro anyhow from the deposit 200Euro she kept *owner demanded us to clean house during checkout or pay 30euro extra , owner demanded us to take off all bedsheets and covers in all rooms during checkout ! we will book hotel next time.!

Es war von vorne bis hinten ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden und sehr neuwertig. Für drei Leute auf jeden Fall genügend Platz für einen tollen Skiuralub. Skikeller und Skischuhwärmer waren auch vorhanden. Somit hatte man jeden morgen tolle ware Füße. Ebenso gab es einen Brötchenservice. Insgesamt also eine absolute Empfehlung!

The Stöcklhof family is really welcoming. The apartment is very nice, clean and cared for in every detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The house is near to the center of Pettneu from where many trekking begins. We had a really good time, we will definitely be back in the future.
