We loved to stay at Panos’s place so much !! The location is very convenience and the house is clean and nice. We liked the design too. It’s so nice to have a Jacuzzi with great view! And the rooftop is super chill. We have six cute cats stayed at our backyard with us. We liked those cats and just feel here is like a home ! The only thing we didn’t like about this house is there is no TV and a whole body mirror. If it’s a short stay should be no problem. But for a girl I hoped to have a mirror. It’s very lucky to stayed at here for our vacations. Panos is very kind he gave us many good suggestions about Oía. 我们非常喜欢住在帕诺斯家!!位置很方便，房子干净漂亮。我们也喜欢这个设计。 有一个视野很好的按摩浴缸真是太好了! 屋顶也非常能放松。 我们有六只可爱的猫和我们一起住在后院。我们喜欢那些猫，感觉这里就像一个家! 我们唯一不喜欢的就是这房子里没有电视，没有全身镜。如果是短期住宿，应该没有问题。但对于一个女孩来说，我希望有一面全身镜子。 能在这里度假真是太幸运了。帕诺斯很友好，他给了我们很多关于Oia的好建议。

房子景点很美，位置便利，即使在淡季3月份还是可以有附近餐馆就餐。房东回复不是很及时。下雨天雨水会从门缝里进来，需要不时的去清理，但房间没有拖把之类的擦地用品。浴巾和床上用品很很强的洗衣粉的味道。对于2到3天入住的人来说挺合适。我们住了5天。没有洗衣机。 This hotel is located in a convenient site even in the low season there’s still some restaurants in walking distance to eat in. The house is clean and tidy the only problem is the towels are always with smell of washing powers. There’s no umbrella in the house and in the raining days the water came into the room several times , we have to clean it from time to time . No laundry faculty.

The host Ned went above and beyond to arrange our transportation and activities during our stay! He was also incredibly responsive and helped us reorganize our schedule when weather got in the way. The place itself was in a fantastic location above the main street of Oía while still feeling private. Everything was easily walkable. Breakfast delivered in the morning was delicious! Views were amazing from both the front patio and the rooftop.

This place was fantastic! We loved our stay here. Ned was very responsive and communicative. The help with the luggage was unexpected and appreciated from Islam. We did not realize that the stay came with a baggage carrier, a maid, and breakfast delivered to us every morning. We enjoyed sitting out in the plunge pool and interacting with the many local cats. This is not a critique, but just an FYI for future tenants - the stairs to get in and out of the house are very steep. We expected this when traveling to Santorini and did not have a problem with them. The place is located near many restaurants and shops and is also close to Amoudi Bay where we rented a catamaran one day. Highly highly recommend!

What a great property. Fantastic location - amazing views at every level. Roof space was huge and great to sit out there watching the world go by and particularly the lights of Oia at night. Our 15 year old particularly loved the plunge pool. Ned is the best too as everyone says. So helpful, kind and responsive. And efficient! Breakfast delivery marks this Airbnb out - hotel ease with the privacy and independence of your own property.
