Convenient location for my DeLand activities. Very large and roomy facility well appointed with usable deck in back. NIce touch of chocolate bits for bedtime. Easy access to room. Located in an older neighborhood of DeLand, was very quiet during our stay.

A wonderful stay. It was $7 for the Uber (I’m old and didn’t want to walk about 20 minutes to downtown). The place is clean and the price is cheaper by comparison to the local hotels, even with the price of Uber added in. I recommend Drew’s place!

Had an absolutely wonderful time – the airbnb is very cozy and the area is beautiful. Incredibly close to downtown DeLand and Stetson University (which is why I went). Andrew responded almost immediately every time I reached out! I definitely, definitely recommend his place over more expensive options if you are staying with just yourself and someone else. It had everything we needed for our stay and we were comfortable when we had to stay in the airbnb for a long time during the day. Definitely worth the value.

Andrew was very quick to respond to any questions about the had. The place was fully stocked from bath to kitchen items. It was the perfect place for us for the 3 nights we stayed. We will be back.
