The condo is on the second floor with amazing ocean and sunset views. You can spot lots of whales all day long from the lanai. The unit is updated for the building, and kept in great condition. We were greeted with snacks upon our arrival, a nice touch. The unit is located within walking distance to local shops and lots of beaches within a short drive. Being that the condo is situated right on the golf course, the lawn mower starts around 6:30 am everyday for approximately an hour. Also, new condos are being constructed just across the golf course and that starts around 7:45 each morning and ends at 4:45 pm (except weekends). If you are looking to for a more quiet vibe, and are going to spend more time in the condo, you might want to look elsewhere. We spent most of our time out of the condo during the day, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall we had a good experience and could not get enough of the ocean view!

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The view was spectacular! The surroundings were very peaceful. Restaurants/bars within walking distance. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 including two kids - 3 and 4 years old. The unit was fully stocked including everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom, beach towels, sand toys for the kids, and even beach chairs. The location is fantastic with amazing views from the roomy main lanai, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We mostly drove to get to the beach areas which only took a few minutes, but it could be a really nice walk for a family with older kids or no kids. Communication with CB Island Vacations was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!
