Bryan was a wonderful host during my stay. He was communicative even before I arrived, making sure I knew there was enclosed space for my dog, how to find the house/where to park, and to message him with any questions. The place was cute and cozy, the coffee was stocked, and kitchen area had the tools I needed for simple meals and snacks. The bathtub was a lovely plus. Thanks Bryan!

Bryan's place was a perfect! He was extremely communicative and friendly and made me feel at home. The retreat was the perfect size for me, and I wish I had tried the sauna but I didn't have time to. It was in a wonderful location and all instructions were easy and detailed. Thanks Bryan for a great stay!

Very nice stay! Lots to do in November in Sag Harbor. The place was cozy. Bryan was an excellent host. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back in warmer months too.

As a contractor living in the Hamptons, I have arranged my business to make sure the apartment and studio rentals are sanitized, cleaned and made ready by a professional cleaning service. I live in the front section of the property with my 14 year old daughter and her three dogs. So any issues, requests or information needed to make your stay a perfect one, is answered and sorted instantly. We live at the end of a Cul-Du Sac so there is no through traffic. It's a very safe area and the noise of osprey, falcons, owls and other birds are heard day in and day out. Deer, turkeys and other wild life run rampant here as we are touching an animal reserve. You can walk down hill in 5 minutes to a pebbled bay beach with 3 stand up paddle boards and a kayak or drive 2 minutes to a sandy beach. This is a pet friendly property with a dog enclosure and dog walking service available in advance.
