SUBWAY STOP "C LINE" MIRTI at 600 metres The apartment, recently renovated, is perfect for your holidays! It has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Also heating, AC, WIFI, TV, computer, washing machine and bathroom, bed and kitchen linen. We carefully take care of cleaning and sanitization, with products recommended by the Ministry of Health. ******************** Each of the two bedrooms can be locked for greater privacy, is decorated to make it as welcoming as possible and is equipped with a TV, chair, mirror, individually controlled air conditioning and a comfortable double bed. The large living room is furnished in english style and equipped with an Apple computer and WIFI connection!! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, traditional electric oven, microwave and all the necessary equipment and dishes. In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower, towel warmer, hairdryer and toiletry material. We provide all bathroom, bed and kitchen linen and in the apartment there are also books, CDs, DVDs and everything else that can make your stay pleasant. For stays of two people requiring separate rooms, we apply a supplement of €20 total

Un bon rapport qualité prix ! Points positifs : - Marco et sa famille sont très accueillants, réactifs et disponibles pour aider si besoin. - Apparemment calme, spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Point négatif : - Emplacement un peu loin du centre de Rome (30 - 40 min environ).
Un Airbnb comme on les aime ! Une famille d'hôtes sympathiques et réactifs. Un appartement conforme à l'annonce, propre et confortable, facile d'accès bien qu'excentré. Toutes les explications nécessaires données oralement (en français !) et récapitulées sur un cahier. Le top ! Je recommande vivement.
Marco and his family were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, cozy, had all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very well prepared and they have printed out the map, and near home locations, stores, restaurants and other guidelines. The apartment itself is in the quiet neighbourhood. The nearest Metro station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and you can reach Termini station in about 30min. Good price and quality choice.
Le logement de Marco est conforme aux photos. Il est propre, fonctionnel et calme. Compter 10 minutes de marche avec des cotes pour rejoindre le métro, mais c'est une ligne droite et ça fait les jambes ! Marco et son père nous attendaient et on prit le temps de nous brieffer sur l'ensemble de la ville, ses bons plans etc ... Marco a été réactif durant tout le processus, de la réservation au départ du logement. Il nous a été d'un grand soutien dans certaines démarches administratives. Les parents de Marco habitent l’appartement en dessous et sont disponibles si besoin. Ils nous ont, par exemple, prêté un pèse-personne pour contrôler nos valises avant de prendre l'avion. Le logement est dans un quartier populaire mais nous n'avons jamais eu le moindre soucis, malgré le fait que nous étions 2 filles. Compter 30-40min porte à porte pour rejoindre l'hyper-centre de Rome. Nous faisions les courses à moins de 10min à pieds. Très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Un séjour rendu parfait grâce à la disponibilité de la famille de Marco. Je recommande sans hésitation !
This is one of the best places we stayed on our vacation. Great host, nice and just a wonderful person. The place was flawless, the beds were so comfortable and Air condition was a plus. I highly recommend Marco’s place. A little walk about 10 mins to the train station. Just a perfect spot.

The neighborhood is located a few kilometers from the center to which it is very well connected by public transport (bus and metro A-B-C)
It is in a typical Roman neighborhood with shops, a large public park, an archaeological area with Roman aqueduct, open-air market, farmers' markets on weekends, bars and restaurants.
Obviously the prices here are much cheaper than in the city centre!!
The neighborhood is easily connected to Termini station and the two airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino.
From here you can easily "explore" the surroundings of Rome, the famous Castelli Romani with their volcanic lakes where the best wines in the area are produced!
