Ottima struttura nel verde e con una vista splendida. Ideale per un ritrovo in relax e piena di attrezzature e cose da fare per grandi e piccoli. Unico neo è la pulizia, poco curata. A beautiful place full of comforts, ideal for family and friends who want spend time in the countryside. Many activities are available, especially for them like cooking. We had a fabulous stay at Villa Luciano. We stayed during the October half term and were blessed with good weather c. 26 degrees. The villa had everything we needed with ample room for our large family, we probably only used 1/3rd of the house. The outside space was truly spectacular with views from the pool and jacuzzi over vin yards and olive groves and the town of Arezzo. We travelled to Siena easily by car and to Florence by train, parking at the station in Arezzo. A perfect spot for both relaxing in the countryside and exploring nearby cities and tourist attractions. Luciano was friendly and accommodating, and we hope to return again.
logement pas convenable, salle bains sales, vaisselles sales et beaucoup de poussière dans la maison. Même si c'est une maison à la campagne, cela pourrait être beaucoup mieux entretenu. Dommage car l'extérieur est très beau malgré les installations un peu de bric et de broc nous avons été remboursés pour les frais de ménage mais cela n'a pas enlevé notre déception

Alloggio assolutamente da evitare,le fotografie sono totalmente fuorvianti. In realtà si tratta di una vecchia villa decadente e fatiscente,sporca e mal tenuta con equipaggiamenti non funzionanti,elettricità che salta ogni due minuti,infestata da insetti e piena di cose rotte e oggetti abbandonati (alcuni dei quali anche pericolosi). Semplicemente imbarazzante che sia in locazione,senza parlare del prezzo. Ci siamo sentiti truffati.
