He responded to me as soon as he could. I was not able to access Airbnb site to clarify some things and had to contact him directly. He responded promptly. It was my fault as I was under a different email. I rectified that with Airbnb, I hope. That counts most to me--his immediate response. The place has all amenities needed; kitchen well supplied, nicely appointed with a rustic decor w/o being 'too much'. My daughter who is an equine coach/trainer says it was the best place she has stayed in 5 years there. Very responsible hosts. And patient with me. :-). It's a beautiful setting also.

Great location. Host was super responsive when I texted him to get the correct Wi-Fi password. Recommended to lots of friends, just 10 minutes from.TIEC super convenient if you’re here for the horse show

This was the second summer we rented Roberto’s place. We love the neighborhood and it is close to TIEC. His place is always very clean and plenty of parking.
