The villa is just awesome and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are newly renovated and each have great bathrooms and own balconies with stunning views. The pool and the outside area is the true gem of the Villa. We spend 90% of our time during the day in the outside area with own kitchen, dining area, living room area, lots of chill-out space around the pool and even a treadmill. The villa is located with own stairs leading directly to a private beach and bathing platform with sunbeds right at the sea. This is another great private area to lounge and swim in a stunning small bay. There might be newer villas in Sumartin but this one is really so well thought through in setting and you won't find a greater outside area. Stanko is a great und super-friendly host he is always reachable, helps with everything and organizes all for you. We did a boat trip with him on his private boat which we highly recommend to do to and visited Hvar for a day. All in all the best Croatia holiday!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Stankos hus! Servicen var helt enastående och standarden var hög. Vi kände oss verkligen omhändertagna under hela vår vistelse. Allt var så välorganiserat, och vi saknade verkligen ingenting. Det var en perfekt plats för avkoppling och njutning. Vi kan inte nog rekommendera Stanko som värd och huset till alla som söker en underbar och minnesvärd upplevelse! Tack för en helt otrolig tid och den fina och proaktivt servicen

After reading the glowing reviews, I had high expectations and they were exceeded. For starters, Stanko was very responsive and helpful. He arranged for our group to arrive from Dubrovnik on a private boat tour and even had a taxi ready and waiting for us. He thinks of every small detail. He also recommended many local tour operators and restaurants. The house is great. It's on four floors which provides lots of privacy. We had two families and the rooms each had a king size bed and three had a fold out sofa. We spent all our time around the pool even though we had a few days of bad weather. It's every bit as nice as it looks. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all been completely redone with top of the line linens, fixtures and surfaces. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The Sumartin area is small and quiet. You can get to other nearby towns in 15 - 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

We booked the house and had very high expectations. At arrival we were completely blown away with pretty much everything but particularly the magnificent sea view and the pool area. All rooms were at high standards with own balconies with the most amazing sea view. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bbq facilities etc. Cook dinner while kids playing in the pool next to you. We had plans to do lot of activities but then we concluded that we rather just enjoy the house, pool and the sea as we needed nothing else. Stanko is a super pro, very kind and just a great host, very service minded. There is nothing missing here, house is equipped with everything. We were a mixed group of 11, from three month infant, two children, grandma, Grandpa and everyone had the best week. Thanks again! We look forward seeing you next year
