Best place to stay and Silvana is so helpful. Best beach side view nice to walk along the beach.. Super market in 1.2km . felt like just stay Home and relax . nice parking space.. Good Ventilation in all rooms. Nice kitchen to cook food. Thank you Silvana would like visit again

Wir waren für einen Monat im April zum Arbeiten dort. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Die Entfernung zu Split ist mit dem Bus circa 30 Minuten und drumherum hatte nicht viel auf. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst!

A fantastic stay at Silvana’s! We rented the top floor apartment of 3 in Podstrana for a month during Oct - Nov 2022. It’s lovely & spacious apartment with its own private entrance, spacious bedrooms with king size beds, corner sofa in the lounge & satellite tv with many English speaking channels. The apartment was super clear with a large front balcony looking out to the sea & small rear balcony facing the mountains. Equipped with all linen, a washing machine & outdoor drying racks. Great pressure shower! It has an air conditioning & heater unit for the lounge. Out the front there’s private parking for 6 cars though we were the only ones staying. In the rear garden there’s tangerine trees packed with fruit that Silvana was fine with us eating. The beach is simply across the road though there’s an underpass to ensure safely crossing. The nearest shop is 50 metres away & open till 8pm, the large Tommy supermarket is 20 mins walk or 3 mins by car. There’s 2 bus stops for each direction about 20 metres away & the fare equates about 2 euros to the city Split. Split is amazing with great shopping centres & about 30 mins by bus or car, it’s well worth visiting as there’s lots to do & see. Omis was by far our favourite place being 20 mins along the coast in the opposite direction, incredible beach with such shallow water & so calm. Be careful with the outdoor food markets, the food is incredibly fresh but despite us visiting many times they’ll try & charge much more than the supermarkets unless you ask the price. (Example equivalent of 12 euros for olive oil when others charge 6, 28 euros for 350g of nice cheese when it was 6 euros elsewhere) The itself apartment is in Podstrana on the coast road, apart from the road which quietens down in the evening it’s really quite with beautiful beaches 1 minute away. As well as the amazing sunsets, what we really liked was how safe one felt, no tramps or worrying people etc about, everyone says hello & appears kind. One bonus was the Wi-Fi was plenty fast & unlimited. To top everything Silvana is wonderful & such a delight to meet. She’s was so helpful & kind with addressing any of our needs. We’re already planning to come back & stay at Silvana’s for Spring 2023. 😀

Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis echt gut, von großem Vorteil war auch, dass die Busstation direkt an der Haustür war. Leider ist die Straße sehr stark befahren und somit sehr laut.

Some of the best views I’ve ever seen from the back of the property looking at the mountains and the front looking at the sea and some islands as well as split. Great outside area. The door handle to the bathroom was broken upon arrival unfortunately and we had no hot water in the shower while we were there. At one point a neighbour burst through our door at 1am and claimed we were making noise when two of us were in bed and one was sitting on the table reading but apart from that it was a great stay. Kitchen is also very well equipped
