Veldig god beliggenhet og fantastisk utsikt. Uteområdet er stort og behagelig, perfekt til utemåltider. Kort gangavstad til butikker, restauranter og strand. Huset var utstyrt med det man trengte og hadde også en kullgrill. I helgene er det en DJ på restauranten ved siden av som spiller techno- musikk til klokken 24.00. Dette var ganske sjenerende, men var heldigvis kun i helgen. Lett kommunikasjon med Isabel, som også svarte raskt ved behov. Alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og kan trygt anbefale Villa Julieta.

Perfekt beliggenhet og utrolig fin utsikt. Kort vei til strand og restauranter. Behagelig og romslig uteområde som kan brukes til felles måltider og andre aktiviteter. Vi ønsker å dra tilbake!

Our family's time at Villa Juliet was beautiful. It has a great location- not only does the cliff it's on have an incredible view of the sea, it's also close to a nature park with hiking trails and a lighthouse! The scenic walk to the beach is less than 3min. Shops, restaurants, bus stops, & more are all also within walking distance. The villa itself is very private and surrounded by greenery such as both native+exotic plants, even a lawn for hanging out, playing, or just sunbathing. There is a restaurant right next door which hosts DJ parties over the weekend, but they're done by 10 pm. The size and layout of the villa are very comfortable for larger families- one bdr+bath on the first floor and 4bdr+baths on the second floor, all spacious enough to provide for both communal activity and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we made a *lot* of use of the outdoor grill and patio dining table. Mrs. Isabel was also very flexible with and responsive to us!

The location is absolutely beautiful and the house is spacious. The restaurant right next door can be a little bit loud on weekends but not open too late. Our major issue was with the pair of seagulls living on the roof. I believe this is a seasonal issue, perhaps during their nesting times but it really had a big impact on our stay. They squacked and swooped at us everytime we stepped off the covered porch onto the lawn so just walking to the house from the gate was unpleasant and sunbathing was impossible. There is a huge gorgeous balcony off of the bedrooms that was completely useless to us as they really hated us to be there and purposely pooped on us (twice) if we tried to ignore them. I was told there is nothing to be done but try to dodge them, and I don't know if there is anything that can be done to keep them from nesting on the roof in the first place.... But we could only enjoy the stunning view from inside the house or under the covered porch where they couldn't see us.
