Dane - Carlotta's mum was extremely friendly & helpful throughout of my whole stay in Taormina. Her place is beautiful with a breathtaking views and surroundings. She kindly let me check in earlier than I meant to. I really appreciated her being very much flexible around her quests. She will make you feel home with her made breakfast on the terrace. She even left a welcome treat for me when I arrived. Dane really goes above&beyond with her hosting. She has proudly deserves to be SUPER HOST. Thank you very much Dane and I will definitely come back to see you again 😉

De lokatie van het verblijf is geweldig. Het is er rustig en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht. Dana (de eigenaresse) is een schat van een vrouw. We hebben leuke gesprekken gehad en ze is zeer behulpzaam. Mocht zelfs een paar x met haar meerijden naar het centrum van Taormina.

Wonderful place. Most friendly welcome by Dane, we felt really welcomed. She is very friendly, polite and gives good advices to check out the region. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was comfortable. View from the terrace was wonderful (we enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace). For people who like to hike, you can reach the apartment by feet in 90 Minutes, including breaks, from the train station (this is not a recommendation to hike up there). Otherwise you can take a bus or a taxi. If you're going with your own car you can park nearby, still there are some stair steps to go down to the apartment. Whenever we're in Taormina again, we'd book this place for sure!

Die Unterkunft schön gelegen mit einer schönen Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Zwei süsse Katzen leisten beim Geniessen gern Gesellschaft:). Carlotta und Dane sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, haben uns immer ein schönes Frühstück serviert und man konnte Essen bei ihnen bestellen, welches sehr lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet ist. Dane hat uns bei der Abreise extra mit ihrem Auto ins Zentrum gefahren, damit wir die lange Treppe nicht nochmals mit dem Gepäck nehmen mussten. Auch nach dem Check-out war sie sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir in der Nacht leider viele stark juckende Stiche bekommen haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely loved our time staying at Dane’s special place. The room was cozy & had a beautiful big balcony looking out over the mountains and sea. The location was perfect, close to the centre with a set of stairs leading straight into town. Dane was so kind & caring. She made us feel right us home, serving us breakfast in the morning & giving us recommendations for our stay. We also loved the cats who welcomed us back each night. Would highly recommend a stay if you are ever passing through Taormina!
