В цілому все дуже гарно. Гарна кухня, не далеко до пляжів, доволі чисто. Слабкий інтернет, але це проблема усієї Саранди.

Largly as described and even with a partial view of the sea it was peaceful to sit on the Balcony and look out. I stayed for the month of May ,at this time there's much pre-season construction and refurbishment noise in the surrounding area , school children are loud in the street but that was wonderful and natural anyway,it made me laugh. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, closing the shutters reduces Street noise and makes it nice and dark for sleeping. fittings are quite old and some broken but you get what you pay for so I feel it was quite good value. The untidy rear entrance makes one feel a little uncomfortable but the neighbours are civil, quiet and respectful. You have everything you need close by and it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Unless things change you will deal with Laert not Romeo. Thanks Laert for your help and understanding when needed.

Yikes, this apartment is nothing like what the listing and previous reviews describe. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are heavily infested with toxic black mold that the owner simply painted over instead of cleaning. The kitchen smells terrible. Mold grew uncontrollably throughout our stay. We tried to leave early but couldn't find an alternative on short notice. Our health has suffered severely since staying here: trouble breathing, eye irritation, etc. The apartment is incredibly noisy, loud music until late at night from the bar outside. We were woken up at 6:30 every morning by the neighbors. The wifi internet failed constantly. We went weeks without internet access and the problem was never really fixed despite many requests. The electric appliances shocked us many times while cooking and bathing. The stairs are crumbling and unsafe. Many listed amenities are missing. The manager Laert was rude and made arbitrary demands for money without any documentation or reason.

More spacious than I imagined, Romeo's apto is perfect for long stays, very close to everything with a really really beautiful (but not perfect) view to the sea. Excellent communication and assistance in solving any questions/issues. Great deal.

while I would say in general this apartment offers great value for money in a decent location, there was one aspect I found disappointing and negatively affected my experience. the issue is / was, the kitchen has an unbearable odour rising from the sink. it is the smell of decaying organic matter. anyone who has travelled in developing world (eg Asia) knows this smell from street gutters and in case of bad fortune, from their shower drains. the smell was really unbearable and made it impossible to rest / work in the living room area. as the kitchen is open plan connected to the living room, it is not practical to close doors and seal the smell in the kitchen only. after a day or two of experimenting, I found an effective solution was to stuff tea towels into the sink drains, and place bowls upside down above the holes. this did successfully prevent the smell from emanating, but also made it difficult for me to use the kitchen effectively for cleaning my dishes etc. I think at least the property owner should provide adequately fitted plugs to block the odour at source whenever the sinks are not in use. or perhaps they need to spend a little money and have a professional cleaning done to eradicate the source of odour from the pipes.
