The host was super responsive and made me feel like at home. I stayed for a month and he took me grocery shopping and showed me the area. I felt like at home. The apartment and the bedroom are very spacious and super clean. All in all 5 star stay!

The apartment is just 150 feet from station and Fabio is really kind:) People in the building is very nice as well. Grocery store is 2 mins’ walk and laundry room is on the first floor of the building, very convenient.

From check-in to check-out, Fabio has been really friendly. Whenever I asked him about something, he never hesitated to help me. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with AC and central heating system. I am sensitive to cold, but the heating system was excellent enough to make me wear light clothes. The bathroom was clean as well as the kitchen. Laundry can be done at the lobby of the building, so there is no need to take all the clothes outside of the building and go to the laundromat. And the place is very close to the Ludlow station (Metro-North railroad), so you can go down to Grand Central Terminal, Manhattan within less than an hour. This is a place that I would like to stay in again.

Fabio is a gracious host, very helpful. He works long hours so you don't see him very often but the apartment is well equipped to spend time in, if need be. Bed extremely comfortable and desk area most useful. So handy being next to train station, just 35-40 mins to Grand Central. Would recommend.
