Kate and Andrew were the best hosts, going above and beyond. Made to feel so welcome and made sure we had all we needed. Kate was amazing at communicating throughout including talking us through checking in via phone. They offered recommendations of local places. The Hare and Hounds pub at the end of the cul de sac was lovely with amazing views of Bath. The property was spotless with stunning grounds and the 8 seater hot tub was the best we have been in!! Robes and flip flops supplied. Beautiful flowers on arrival was a lovely touch. The log burner was really nice too. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Would love to return. The place was even better than the photos…if at all possible. Thanks Kate and Andrew.

Had a lovely stay at the little barn. Kate was brilliant really responsive and the place was amazing! Clean and tidy, lots of lovely little extras dotted around. Was just a lovely place. 100% would return

Lovely quiet place to stay, hot tub around the other side of the house for privacy. Park and ride stop is 3 mins away and Bath is amazing and the local restaurants are to die for Kate is a fantastic host and was very clear if we needed anything to contact her straight away, which we didn’t as everything was great

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s beautiful barn. It was so peaceful yet a very easy walk into the centre of Bath. Kate was incredibly helpful with regular communication, flexible check in and the best local recommendations - this is what airbnb is all about!

Fantastic stay, beautiful property and great hosts! Really good location and very easy to get into Bath either by foot or bus (every 15 mins). Lovely pub literally 2 minutes away for food or just drinks. Would definitely come back again, thanks Kate for your hospitality!
