Lovely Condo! Amazing views! The condo is everything you want it to be. Spacious--fluffy towels--great pools! It is right on the beach--the sand is soft and white and the beach chair service is much appreciated. I would LOVE to stay here again. Everyone from Solely to the building staff were friendly and helpful.

View – Spectacular. This is the reason we go to the beach, right? The only thing between the property and the Gulf is the sand dunes. While the entire building is on the Gulf, this particular unit was one of four corner units closest to the water (there were 4 other corner units at the other end of the “cresent,” but they were the farthest from the beach). And because it was a corner unit, there were at least twice as many floor-to- ceiling windows than those of more interior units. This meant more balcony space. And finally, it was on the second level, providing an elevated view, (there is an elevator of course), but still with easy access to the beach. Space – Lots of space for our crew of 6 adults and 4 children. Dinner table seats 8 comfortably, 10 makes it cozy, bar seating rounded things out. Beds were VERY comfortable – pillow-top mattresses with luxurious mattress pads. Two of the closets were walk-ins – large enough for pac n plays for babies. Linens - Egyptian cotton bed sheets, down comforters, with plenty of extra linens in closets if we needed them (we didn’t). Towels were thick, white and fluffy. Kitchen Amenities – Stocked with Calphalon cookware, Wustof cutlery, Oneida table service, toaster for 4 slices, full service dinnerware and glassware. The owners provided a detailed inventory prior to our arrival, so we were able to supplement a very few items of our own. In addition, the overall building has relatively few units compared to some of the towering high rises nearby. This meant the section of the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc) for condo owners and guests was less crowded than other areas. And if you want a break from the beach, the main swimming pool is huge, with a smaller heated pool nearby, and of course a relaxing hot tub. The downside of leaving a positive detailed review is that I fear the place will fill up quickly, and there might not be room for us next year. We are already making vacation plans for the future.
