nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, notre hôte a été très réactif pour nos interrogations diverses. dialogue fluide, vidéo et photo pour les diverses explications ! le top ! le logement est agréable et son emplacement ideal. Nous vous recommanderons avec grand plaisir !

A large airy apartment with a big balcony overlooking the sea. Bus stop and beach access opposite. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. A nice little restaurant around the corner and Casino supermarket opposite makes it a great location. The tram from the airport stops there too, so couldn’t be easier if you’re flying in. The road outside is very busy, but you can’t hear it at night with the doors shut at the front. I would definitely stay here again.

This was very disappointing. Amazing view and if that is all you care about, you will be happy. But it wasn't clean at all. Had some bugs. The place is falling apart. Uncomfortable beds. The air conditioning is only in one room. And even with the fan and trying to blow it to other areas, it didn't work. It was so warm, even with the air going 24x7 that our chocolate melted on the kitchen table. The checkin process was also not good. They asked us many times what time we would be there. I told them 5:00 and arrived 10 minutes to 5. They didn't show up until 5:35. It isn't in the best part of Nice. Further East near the old quarter would be much better and closer to many activities. We were about 25 minute walk from most restaurants and places we wanted to go. My family wanted us to abandon the place and go somewhere else and we would have had we been able to find anything else last minute.
