nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Eric et Rose. tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi. la maison est adaptée pour un séjour familial ou entre amis. chacun dispose de son espace. elle est à proximité de centre et du bord de mer. merci à Nadia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un long week-end exceptionnel chez Éric et Rose Marie. Le bien est chaleureux et remplis de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour des plus agréables. fonctionnel et très bien équipé, nous le recommandons chaudement! Merci à nos hôtes pour l'arrivée et le départ flexibles.

Très bon séjour chez Eric et Rose Marie. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Les contacts par mail avec Eric et Rose Marie étaient toujours très rapides. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Eric et Rose Marie qui étaient absents, mais Nadia, une amie nous a chaleureusement accueilli. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous irons dans cette maison sans hésiter.

Eric and Rose-Marie offer a beautiful and spacious house in the quiet village of Bernieres-sur-Mer. The village has a good Intermarche and an excellent boulangerie. There are three good restaurants in the village catering for many tastes (crepes, auberge food and modern French cuisine). There is also a welcoming Cafe de Centre for newspapers and cold beers. The beach is clean and only 15 minutes walk from the house. A short car journey to Courseulles-sur-Mer takes you to a larger village with a twice weekly street market, swimming pool, mini golf, cinema and many shops. The house is very well appointed with four comfortable bedrooms, one family bathroom with double shower and whirlpool bath. The top floor double bedroom has a full en-suite shower room. A fully equipped kitchen, family dining table, comfortable loungs space. A mature garden, two external sitting areas and double car parking round off the external areas. We were warmly greeted at the property by Nadia, who handles the property on a daily basis. She was very helpful whenever we had queries. We stayed for two weeks, the first en famille with three generations, including two grandsons aged 11 and 8 and they found plenty to do there. The second week was just my wife and I for relaxation. Overall, an excellent house and well worth the cost.
