A lovely, warm and comfortable apartment run by very welcoming hosts.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war zwar nicht wirklich modern aber dafür in einem Top Zustand. Es war mehr als sauber auch das Haus selbst war sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz 20 Meter vor dem Haus, ebenfalls ein Minigolfplatz, Schläger/Bälle bekommt man in der dazugehörigen Bar (ab 15.00 Uhr). Tolles Freibad nur 150 Meter entfernt. Zum shoppen/bummeln sollte man allerdings eher nach Mayrhofen oder Zell an der Ziller fahren, da in Ramsau/Hippach kein richtiger Ortskern/Fußgängerzone vorhanden. Supermärkte etc. sind aber zur genüge vorhanden. Für max 2 Erwachsene kann ich die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, Balkon auch schön groß.

Would not recommend for snow sports.what we did not know is that we had to store the snowboards outside in the cold)we kept them in the car as we were not allowed to bring them in. Also you are not allowed to bring people in it writes on a flyer when you get in(which I think is too much considering that we have rented a flat)The flat is actually inside a big house with the owner and she is listening! We also waxed the boards inside on one evening ( did not take the wax off inside, just covered the boards with wax)Big mistake! The owner came in over us with no right (she entered the apartment and asked for money even if no real damage was there). I have documented the case with pictures and send them to air bnb(very helpful guys and professionals, managed to solve the problem with them without talking to the owner anymore). More over she came in the apartment she insulted us calling us idiotic(she is speaking only german and I could not and would not talk to her after calling me names)
