Villa Fay is an excellent beachfront residence on the beach of Pefkos and offers a private swimming pool along with an easy access to the beach, only in a few steps. The Villa has the best setting for relaxed and pleasant holidays in a convenient location and is perfect for large groups of friends and families up to 10 people. There are four comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms offers a double bed, the forth bedroom has 1 comfy traditional sofa. The villa also has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a cozy dining area along with 2 modern bathrooms including a shower. Also, guests will find a flat screen and free Wi-Fi access. The outdoor spaces of the villa offer a dreamy swimming pool, equipped with stylish sunbeds so guests can enjoy the island’s soothing sun. Also, the pool is framed by the magnificent sea view and a furnished veranda with sitting area and BBQ facilities that are ideal for gathering with family and friends next to the picturesque Pefkos beach.

Vi hade en super härlig upplevelse i huset. Hon som tog emot oss var jätte trevlig och hjälpte oss med massa saker under resan! Allt ifrån taxi till vart vi skulle handla
Amazing place.
Contra:Als wir angekommen sind waren wir enttäuscht,da wir von Baustellen umgeben waren. Die Bauarbeiten gingen am Sonntag früh um 6.00 Uhr morgens los und alle waren täglich sehr fleißig. Wenn man im April die Absicht hat in diese Unterkunft zu fahren,sollten einem klar sein,dass die ganzen Bauarbeiten und Renovierungen für die Hauptsaison lautstark im Gange sind.Das bedeutet unter anderem ,dass die Bagger täglich vor unserem Haus hin und her fuhren und der Baumüll auch gleich vor Ort am Strand verbrannt wurde. Das sollte man wissen und im Vorfeld nachfragen.Wir hätten es gerne gewusst und hätten dann anders entschieden. Pro:Herr Stefanakis ist freundlich und super zu erreichen. Das Haus ist nach Abschluss der Arbeiten in der Nachbarschaft sicher gut gelegen. Es ist bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zur Ankunft gab es einen äußerst großzügigen Geschenkskorb und der Kühlschrank war mit Obst und Wein gefüllt. Wegen der Bauarbeiten wurde uns etwas vom Preis nachgelassen.
Absolutely brilliant from the moment we booked !! Villa Fay has everything you need for a fabulous stay , it lacked nothing at all ! It’s in a great location and even at the end of the Rhodes holiday season (last week in October) we found plenty of places to eat and drink within a short distance and Lindos is a must !! Stefanakis and his team communicated brilliantly from the moment we booked and even supplied everything we needed to celebrate our sons 5th birthday !! If your looking for a villa with a beach location that’s a good size and has many amenities on its door step then I highly recommend villa Fay 💙🇬🇷

Guests will find everything they need in the area of Pefkos in a short distance of a 10 minute drive such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. The airport is found in an hour drive away. The location is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday and a traditional taste of Greek coasts. You should visit Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 10 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. Also, Prasonisi is a 40 minute drive away from the property and offers a unique landscape. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about an hour drive away from the villa.
