It pains me to do this, but I feel its important for other intended gues to book to know what to expect, when coming from outside Cuba. Felipe the person that greeted us was amazing, friendly kind, very helpful, this review is not a reflection on him, he bent over backwards to help us & even gave us his phone due to no WiFi in the flat & mangoes too!! Thank you This apartment looks lovely in the pictures, however, I suggest that if you only need to stay for one night it's fine and your are happy very basic amenities and you don't mind the unloved grimey look, then you will be fine with this flat. This is not homely, I booked 3 nights and stayed 1, it was disappointing It has potential to be great, if it was loved, cared for, repainted, replaced kitchen & flooring. Grimey flooring, hair in the fridge and continued aroma & view of faeces from dogs in the neighbours front garden, was our veranda view, sickening! Grimey kitchen & no bin or kitchen towels. Very dissatisfied!!

Anay was very easy to communicate with, made my friends feel right at home! She was friendly, and her place is located in the perfect area to walk around and explore. If you’re going to be visiting Cuba, you must stay with Anay!
