Ein wirklich fantastisches Anwesen in absolut ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr schnell und professionell, auch sehr flexibel bei An- und Abreise. Das Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert und auch der Spa-Bereich ist sehr gelungen. Lediglich zwei Kritikpunkte. Es wurde zwar oberflächlich sauber gemacht, was aber fehlt ist eine ordentliche Grundreinigung, bei dem Preis durchaus zu erwarten. Zweiter Punkt sind die Stromkosten. Der Stromverbrauch des Anwesens ist sehr hoch, ebenso die Kosten pro KW/h.

We were rather disappointed with the villa … especially the kitchen - the oven was not clean at all and the microwave wasn’t much better. There were no T-Towels in the kitchen or oven gloves which was difficult on the first evening. In addition there was only one roasting tray - We ended up buying new T-Towels, oven gloves and a roasting tray the following morning. The oven looked as if it was about to fall out of it’s housing. The spa in the house made the ground floor smell of chlorine which was unpleasant. There were a lot of mosquitos around so we had to keep the doors closed and the air con turned on. The outside table is positioned under very pretty grape vines but this means if you would like to eat outside you are totally inundated with wasps ! To be honest the photographs of the villa look much better than the reality !! HTT - were however extremely helpful and very prompt in helping/repairing when the front panel of the dishwasher fell off and sorting out/repairing the hot water system which stopped working. HTT were all very friendly and helpful and for that we are grateful. Apart from all the little problems we did have a good holiday but probably would not choose to stay at this villa ever again.

Great villa for a group of people, spacious and has a grea pool. I really enjoyed my time here. Lovely location and beautiful views of the valley. A car is a must though. Check in and out was very easy aswell. would recommend!!

Insgesamt schönes Landhaus mit herrlichem Blick in das Val di Chiana und auf Cortona. Die Küche ist etwas abgewohnt und bedürfte einer Überholung. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten sind toll mit der natürlichen Beschattung. Ebenso der Holzofen direkt neben der Küche. Der Pool ist jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt worden, jedoch ist der Whirlpool teilweise verkalkt und bedürfte mehr Pflege. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch mit den zusätzlich anfallenden Stromkosten - der Whirlpool und Spabereich verbrauchen relativ viel - zu teuer. Die Kommunikation war nett und recht schnell im antworten.

A wonderful relaxing family holiday in a lovely villa, looking towards Cortona, across the Tuscan countryside. HTT were extremely helpful and we’d recommend getting the chef, he was fantastic!!
