The castle is beautiful and the apartment is spacious. It’s also a great location between Minori/Maiori, making both towns easily accessible. There’s great restaurants and beaches around, and it’s also not far from Ravello or Amalfi which are wonderful towns. Daniela is wonderful. However, the management company or “concierge service” is not really a concierge service at all. They aren’t quick to respond and they aren’t helpful in navigating to the property or helping to schedule accommodations. Would’ve liked to see a bit more help if something is being called a “concierge service”.

Amazing place with incredible views. Be ready for waking up and down some steep hills, but it’s totally worth it when you see the views!!

Amazing Castillo! One of a kind Airbnb in Maiori/Minori. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The view from every room in our apartment was breathtaking. Would love to come back here. We stayed here with our two small kids (7 and 3 years) and they managed the climb up to the castle quite well (sometimes multiple times a day!) but it is strenuous if you are not expecting the physical exertion. We enjoyed the views as we climbed and just took our time. Didn’t have any issues. One thing to note is that taxis will not take you further thank the main gate of the castle. Ask the hosts for transfer from train station to the castle. Their driver will take you all the way to the castle entrance saving you a climb with luggage in tow. ☺️ The hosts were quite helpful although sometimes it did take a long time for them to respond to questions. Once we connected on WA with them, it was much easier! The place is quite tastefully decorated with bright colors and a coastal feel to it.

Die Wohnung ist toll und die Lage, hoch auf den Klippen, in Gehdistanz zu Minori und Maiori, zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit einfach atemberaubend!!!! Wir kommen wieder! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Daniela und ihr Team - ihr habt unsere Ferien verzaubert. Grazie mille per tuttp

The castle is a beautiful place to stay on the coast!! The terrace provides a beautiful view of the Maiori dock and Maiori in general. And the terrace is huge!! A great place to take it easy and enjoy the gorgeous view! The unit we stayed in (6th floor) with one bed on the upper balcony was exactly as pictured - quite a large space for just two people. Alessandro, the Starhost contact who was responsible for us during our stay was extremely responsive and attentive. And a particular shout out goes to the driver that we were set up with, Raimondo.......he was absolutely fantastic! While we do recommend the castle for its grandeur and beauty, our unit was missing a few creature comforts that would have made the stay an absolute 5/5.......Not major inconveniences at all, but it would have been nice not to have to deal with the lack of sufficient towels/toilet paper/facial tissue/wine glasses etc. We went in mid October and it was still quite warm. We would have preferred to open the windows rather than to use the AC unit, but the screens are torn and when you open the windows, the bugs come right in. Finally, while the location is between Minori and Maiori and is a bit of a hike up to the main entry, you are staying in a gorgeous castle so all of the effort to get there is definitely worth it!! But if walking uphill is difficult for you, the location may be tough. Those details are only offered for a candid review, but to be clear, the castle and our unit itself were stunning and both Daniela and Alessandro were lovely to deal with!!
