Great place to stay in especially if you prefer to be close to BGC and the airport. Melecio's place was private, comfortable and peaceful. It had everything I needed. Highly recommended!

My family and I went on a month vacation to different areas of the Philippines from California. During our stay in Manila, we rented Melecio’s condo unit for a total of 2 weeks 2 consecutive times, ending of May and 2nd week of June. So, you can say that I’m a returning customer. Both our stay was pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable and we felt safe in the secured condo with security doing their job monitoring the place. Her listing description was accurate and the host and representative were very easy to reach, responsive and accommodating. The location is near restaurants, airport, Mall, and Resorts Wold Hotel and Casino. There’s also a restaurant in the condo right next to the pool if you don’t feel like eating out and just want to relax. I would definitely recommend her unit to anyone looking for a place in the Philipppines in Manila/Paranaque area.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your second home. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The host and her rep was very easy to communicate with and response quickly. I would recommend this place again. We are actually extending our stay for another week.
