The location is great for someone who doesn't have a car as it is walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, farmer's market, church, etc. (Those with a car will find parking easy too.) Near LAX. Nice neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful, private setting. It was a bit of a challenge but fun to live in a "camper" type situation for a month. There are adequate dishes, linens, supplies, etc. Nika is very responsive if you need anything. It was "winter" and it got chilly easily so need to use the space heater. I would advise having a sweater or sweatshirt to wear inside, especially for the morning.

We had a long stay at Nika’s Airstream, and loved the location! Walkable to the marina, pier, canals, restaurants, groceries and more. Right next to the bike path too which was awesome for us. Nika was helpful throughout the stay and kindly flexible with our check in date even though she had just returned from a trip herself. The place is super quiet and definitely safe for all the adventuring. Parking is easy to find, but do mind the street sweeping days or you will get a ticket (we regularly saw cars with tickets on those days within 20 minutes of the street sweeping start time). But, if you park on the right side, you’re good! Overall, we really enjoyed our time here in Venice.

Lovely spot in Venice. Great location, easy parking, and a walkable neighborhood. Nika was a wonderful host!

The airstream is in a good location, is tastefully decorated and communicating with the host is easy. Things to keep in mind: Security cameras - one at the front gate, and one at the door of the airstream (which is next to the bed). Made me feel uncomfortable to have my day recorded in the cloud somewhere. Dog on property - small dog roams the property. Sometimes nice, sometimes wakes up and chooses violence. Attacked me three times on my way to work 😥
