Accommodation is beautiful. Stunning views of the countryside and sea. Very quiet and peaceful area, easy to access and private. The first issue we had was the second bedroom, that we used for the children, was at the opposite end of the house from the other bedroom, which wasn’t overly clear in the description. A low step exiting the property near the parking was a hazard that may need pointing out to other visitors- my eldest fell down this step and was taken to hospital for X-rays of his ankle. Pool was great feature - the information package did advise the pool technician would visit, though he visited every day, unannounced as there was an issue with the pool water quality which did result in us being unable to use the pool for 4, six-hour periods during the day throughout our stay. The problem was resolved by the end of our stay, though there were green algae patches at times, making us question if we should use it. Overall, pleasant stay but with couple of issues.

Logement très fonctionnel, fidèle à la présentation. Le studio est totalement indépendant. Maison propre. Le jardin est très escarpé avec rochers et plantes. Une partie plate avec de la pelouse. Rien ne se fait à pied mais supermarché à 10mn à pied. Le hic: aller récupérer les clés et les redeposer à l'agence à 25mn de la maison. L'agence répond tous les jours et très rapidement en cas de pb. Mais pas d'explications sur le fonctionnement de la maison (piscine,arrosage automatique) à la remise des clés. En tout cas je recommande !

A beautiful location with fabulous views across the rice fields to the sea. The villa is as described with 2 good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and a separate granny annexe downstairs with its own entrance. Well equipped kitchen and summer kitchen. I think we were the first visitors of the season and had workmen onsite on arrival replacing the water boiler and doing general maintenance plus we had issues with ant and flying ant infestations in 2 of the bathrooms, a natural thing in the area but should have been dealt with before we arrived. Be aware that it says check in 'other' you actually have to drive 20 minutes into Denia to collect and return the keys to their office.
