Great space for large groups. Loved the garage access, balcony, and patio areas. The bed we used had a GREAT purple mattress, so we loved that. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Kitchen was indeed stocked with basics, but kitchen knives were very blunt. There were no additional supplies like ziplock bags, cling wrap, Tupperware etc. but there were a few different sizes of pots and two pans. Would absolutely stay here again if the price doesn’t go up!

The home was amazing. The front picture on AirBnB is actually of the office to the townhouse complex. The home is a 2ish story town house with modern corrugated siding. Appliances and interior is relatively new (I'd say about 10-15yrs old housing). The layout was spacious given the small footprint; definitely had enough room for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids). The pool/spa area was pristine and relaxing after a day of hiking. The pool was heated and very clean. Restrictive hours were a little annoying but the kids still loved the warm pool to play marco/polo. The grounds were pleasant, including a landscaped "stream", large manufactured pond, and amazingly green grass. Moab in general is alright. It's a basic town that has bare necessities (although, no beer/wine available for purchase). Vacasa management was responsive.

place was as advertised. we went in the winter and the home was warm when we arrived, which was nice. we made a request for early check in, or at least drop off luggage and received a vague response that wasn't helpful.

Wir waren voll zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man z.B. Ausflüge in den Nationalpark machen möchte, man ist aber trotzdem auch nah zu Moab. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, sauber und recht ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Alles in allem wirklich sehr gut zu empfehlen.

Nice condo, quite setting, spacious garage. Pretty view from the deck outside. Comfy sofa. Slept well in the Master bed, it had a foam top, made it very soft. The description says "3rd floor" but actually it is a ground level entrance, right next to the garage. Then, you walk up some steps inside the condo to the first floor where the bedrooms & bathrooms are located. Then up another level to the kitchen and living room. Some things are a bit worn out and dated, but everything worked well enough.
