Nice little camping in a great area for hiking, mtb, cycling or to generally enjoy the scenery. We booked the cottage and just like the camping it was very tidy, cosy and clean. The bathroom sink had a leak, but that is a minor point compared to the overall cleanliness and good condition of the cottage. Tineke was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Not a lot to do for kids on the camping, but the small scale of it is what was appealing for us. Calm and pieceful. Plenty of interesting and fun daytrips in the area though!

L'Escagot was a nice camping site with all facilities. We booked a nice little house with toilet and hot water. Tineke, our host, is a nice as the come. Always ready to share information and give tips of where to go and see. We will recommend L'Escagot anytime.

Awesome stay. Great accommodation. Just a few little additions that we would have liked. I.e iron, TV, tea bags, toaster. Facilities like the shower were fantastic. Very clean accommodation! Only thing which let it down, was the distance from surrounding towns. Have to drive to all towns/ cities. It is great if you intend to use your own car for each journey!
