This property offers an absolutely standout location and view - the pictures look amazing, but they honestly don't do it justice. It's even better for real! And it's probably the best view we've ever enjoyed from a rental property anywhere in the world. There's plenty of living space, private parking behind secure gates and you can't even see your nearest neighbour, so total privacy. And the communication from Sergio, the host, was like having your own private tour guide. He provided great instructions to help us find the property with pin-point accuracy, and shared with us links to local restaurants and things to do - many of which we did, and which we wouldn't have known about without his expert advice. He also checked in with us a couple of times during our stay, with even more ideas for trips out, and to ensure everything was going well. The pool is a really good size, and was also a very comfortable temperature. Our kids loved it. And we found swimming later in the afternoon and early evening was the best time (in July) to avoid being bothered by insects. We can't comment on the basement floor (additional lounge/living space & further bedrooms) as we didn't use it at all, save for the washing machine, but the ground floor living area was very spacious and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (including great views from the huge windows!), and a great big dining table for meals, plus a comfy breakfast bar area. We used the three bedrooms on the top floor. There is air-con throughout the house, but even in the July heat, we didn't need it in the bedrooms - with the shutters closed, the house stayed comfortably cool during the day and retained a comfy temperature overnight. For amazing views, privacy, and utter peace and quiet - you'll love your stay here. And the main beach area of Grottammare is only 20 mins away by car, and you have stunning old towns and villages to explore even closer.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in dit huis! We hebben genoten van de rondom werkelijk prachtige uitzichten, het mooie, ruime en comfortabele huis en het heerlijke zwembad. Sergio was erg goed bereikbaar en kent zowel het huis als de omgeving van binnen en buiten en heeft op alle vragen een antwoord. Een enorme aanrader om hier je vakantie te gaan vieren!
