Cindy and Scott are great, down to earth people! Cindy always responded right away if I had a problem (which were few). Scott bought a new smart tv for the apartment, which I thought was very nice! They also welcomed me for Thanksgiving if I did not have any plans. Everyone that works and lives in this apartment building is very friendly! I throughly enjoyed my time here and you will too!

This place is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend it. I stayed here for about 8 months and have nothing but good things to say! The apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location. The studio makes great use of space and was perfect for what I needed. Lots of storage in the apartment and AMAZING CLOSET SPACE! (I'm a girl with tons of clothes so that was really great for me) Good sized bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is on the small side but has great cabinet space and is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The internet is also extremely easy to set up. This is a really good location to be in if you will be in D.C. or northern VA. The studio has a parking space but there are also great transportation links close by. A few bus stops close to the apartment complex and a metro stop with 3 lines, and more bus routes, less than 15 mins. away. Building amenities are always very clean and the laundry facilities and gym have both recently gotten new equipment. The building is very secure and the people at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The small convenience store/grocery in the building is a great bonus - it's very convenient and pretty much always has whatever you could need/want. There is a Target and a Safeway about a 15 mins. walk away for anything else you may need/can't find. Scott and Cindy are amazing hosts! They were so kind and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They made me feel very much at home. I always received a message back quickly whenever I had a question throughout my stay as well. Great hosts and great people!

I can't praise this place enough. The hosts: Very flexible, friendly, and accommodating. They made my stay so easy and I wouldn't think twice to recommend to friends. The apartment: Small (as expected) but well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and all appliances work well. The sunset view is spectacular and it's a great place to watch thunderstorms roll in. Climate control works great and the internet was very easy to set up. It's a turn-key apartment for long term stays. Oh yeah, it's quiet too. The building: The facilities in this building are fantastic. Concierge is always very friendly and helpful. Packages are held at the desk for you. There's a convenience store that somehow always has exactly what you're looking for. Laundry facilities are inexpensive and the pool is heated. There's a free book exchange as well. The bike room is very full, however the access is controlled with a key fob so you know your bike isn't getting stolen. The location: People come up this hill to get one of the best views of the National Mall and it's right next to Arlington Cemetery. Iwo Jima park is a great place to picnic or set up a hammock and read a book at... and it's right out the door. The Rosslyn metro station is a 10 minute walk as well as a Safeway and Target. If you don't have a car and don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, you can be at any number to restaurants in Courthouse/Rosslyn. It's actually easier and faster to bike everywhere in this area that it is to drive or take the metro. Again, the bike room is secure.
