We had a lovely stay at Paul's cottage! Everything was nicely renovated, clean, well organized, and the attention to details did not go unnoticed. The check-in instructions were very clear which was especially helpful for us as we got in late at night. We would definitely stay again!

Honestly can’t say enough good things about Paul’s place. Never felt more at home in an Air BNB, would’ve stayed longer if I could. Paul’s a great host, his list of activities is very helpful, and the beer in the fridge came in clutch. Perfect location as well, as I came right from a Royals game.

Paul’s Carriage House in Waldo was great for my stay. Paul is a friendly, proactive, helpful host, and has put real intentionality both into the home itself and into his interaction with guests. The neighborhood is great— safe, quiet, yet also close to great restaurants and shops. This is a great spot for a stay in the KC area. The home was clean and had everything I needed. The washer/dryer are a big plus. I didn’t use the kitchen for my stay (was attending a conference and had meals there and out with local friends), but the kitchen is roomy and well equipped. The smart keypad makes entry a breeze. Lots of thought went into to this place, and it shows— even little things that just make a stay easier and nicer. And Paul was always responsive to my messages. This is a great choice if you’re traveling to KC!

Nice place for a single person or couple to relax while you stay! Clean, spacious enough, and up to date! I would be very comfortable booking again.
