With 3 swimming pools on site and under 10 minutes’ walk from the beach at Praia da Luz, the top floor apartment is located within the beautiful landscaped gardens of the complex and is decorated in warm colours with wooden flooring. It includes modern facilities such as satellite TV, free wi-fi, air-conditioning and under floor heating. The apartment has two floors: on the lower floor is the spacious open plan living/dining room leading to a balcony with table & chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. There is a separate fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher etc. Also on the lower floor are two bedrooms (one double with ensuite, one twin with separate bathroom). Stairs lead up from the living room to open into the large loft room which has twin beds, a shower room and sizeable private roof terrace. The complex features 2 large swimming pools (one heated) and a toddler pool, 2 tennis courts, a children’s playground and the poolside restaurant Alloro, which serves excellent Italian food as well as drinks and snacks (opening times vary depending on the season). During the winter months, the resort is very quiet, perfect for a peaceful get-away! In July and August, it is a buzzing family favourite. If you require a cot, you are welcome to use the travel cot located in the apartment, but I would ask that you please ensure it is clean and folded away upon departure. You would also need to use your own cot bedding for the travel cot. Additional cleaning: The cleaning included in the cost is only for the check-out clean. If you would like additional daily, twice weekly or once weekly cleaning, this can be arranged at extra cost, directly with the resort reception. The apartment has an allocated underground parking space, but please note that the entrance to the garage is tight and unfortunately not suitable for large vehicles. Additional parking is available at street level however the apartment is within walking distance of the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops in Praia da Luz and a short drive or taxi ride from the historic town of Lagos. The resort's front desk is available 24 hours a day, whatever the season, and can arrange airport taxi and minibus services, golf reservations, excursions, car and bicycle rental, and babysitting.
