Great stay at beautiful location. We would be glad to stay again!
This place was perfect for our family reunion. We were two families (with 2 8-11 year old boys each) and two grandparents. Apartment was spacious with plenty of room so we didn’t feel on top of each other. Spotless clean. Great lodge feel with quality decor. Love the balconies (screened in). The Whiteface Lodge is awesome for families. Tons of stuff to do on the property, never felt overcrowded, good food options on site, and convenient location for Lake Placid. The beach and water sports area is convenient, has plenty to do and well managed (just hop in a kayak and off you go!). Dealing with Tim was a breeze. Super responsive and helpful. We looked at booking directly through the hotel, but it was a better deal through Airbnb, even after all fees. And we couldn’t find availability for a place this big. Would definitely go this route again. We’re already planning our trip next summer!

Book! This space is amazing and will not disappoint. The staff are friendly and attentive, the room was clean and cozy and the value is absolutely worth it. I’ve stayed here in the hotel rooms before and nothing has beat this experience. Tim is helpful and has great response time.
Great place for a family vacation. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. There were also a ton of amenities for guests. We loved the complimentary s’more kits to use by the fire pits.
