We spent our first morning cleaning as the apartment was covered in dog hair. 6 weeks after we booked on the day before we checked in the host said we had an electricity allowance, and we would have to pay extra if we used more than “normal”. We found this odd, hidden cost was not in the listing. At the end of our stay he said we had to pay £50 extra. The apartment sleeps 4, there were 2 of us staying. We told the host our friend would be staying for 3 days of the 35. He requested more money, to which we had to pay as our friend was already on the way. This was disappointing, and expensive. The washing machine broke, we informed the host, we had no washing machine for 2 weeks. We had to cancel plans for 4 days to allow the technicians access. One day they didn’t turn up at all, very poor communication. Biggest surprise, the host asked us to pay £195 to repair his washing machine! Kankurua is nice though, with a good pool and we felt safe, however I recommend booking another apartment.

Excelente y acogedor apartamento. Tiene todo lo necesario para estancia larga. Buen acceso a internet, implementos de Aseo, lavadora, muy buena ubicación y cercanía a supermercados. Muy Recomendado!

Todo ha ido genial, hemos estado 3 meses y salvo cosas puntuales ha ido todo bien. Juan ha sido un gran anfitrión.

Juan es un excelente anfitrión, tenía todo preparado y coordinado para la llegada. Excelente alojamiento, inmejorable ubicación, cómodo y bien equipado. cercano a centro comercial Zazue. Unidad muy familiar y tranquila. Súper recomendado.
