We had an amazing time! The lake is easily accessible right from the back yard, the house and property are well maintained, and check in and check out are smooth an painless. I would definitely recommend staying here for anybody looking for summer or winter Gogebic adventures!

We just stayed a week at the house. It was perfect! Beautiful, remote and comfortable. This was a vacation my husband always wanted to take. Being able to just walk right out and ice fish. The house, the view and accommodations were everything we were looking for. Best thing ever our little French bulldog felt right at home and comfortable there as well. Which makes it the best we could ask for. Definitely plan on wanting do this again next year.

Northern Reflections is managed by Holly. She answered any questions we had. Our family comes to Lake Gogebic every year and this was a great place to spend some time. First the couple minor inconveniences we had: The pet guidelines were a little strict for our tastes; kennel your dog when you leave without it, no dogs on couches, etc., not a deal breaker. The wifi was a struggle. It was 2-3 mb/s, which was fine for one or two people doing things, but I needed to work from the cabin and ended up having to drive 40 mins to a relative’s house to have adequate internet for hosting TEAMS and Zoom meetings, etc. I didn’t come here to work but I had to (I switched jobs and didn’t have PTO yet), so it was kind of forced on me… Besides those small concerns, everything was great; ample outdoor seating, a nice dock, plenty of yard space, and a nice outdoor fire pit (wood included). The grill was old but worked well. Great vacation overall, would highly recommend Northern Reflections!

We loved the house! We were a party of 10…never felt crowded and sleeping arrangements were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with any pan/utensil/bowl…etc…you needed, plus a propane grill to cook out. The view from the deck was great, and even better from the dock. At night, we had campfires I the fire pit, plus made use of the fireplace (that second damper is on the outside of the fireplace on the right side…we missed it at first). And the sound of the waves from Lake Gogebic at night were perfect. Very private property with large trees in between houses. Our boys swam in the lake and enjoyed that. Would definitely recommend!
