Ian's Waterfront condo was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The view was amazing. We were traveling with 3 generations and our dogs and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great and had an abundance of utensils for preparing meals. Three bathrooms for a group was perfect. We enjoyed the games provided and the comfortable living area. Would definitely stay again. Ian was very responsive and we appreciated his beautiful place!
Right by the airport down from Miller’s ferry. Nice place.
The condo was exactly as promised. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a lot of fun for our grandkids. The view from the living room and kitchen was spectacular

our group has stayed in the same condo for the last 4 years and plan to go every year. We have great times with great people. You can't beat the view and the pool. I only have conversations with Ian through messaging, but he has been very helpful, kind, and caring to me. I'm the cruise director for our group. Not enough words to express how we feel. Hi Everyone - I am originally from Northwest Ohio, with my career has taking me all over the United States (Chicago, SF, NYC, Seattle..) with my wife and I recently settling down in Nashville, TN. Traveling is my life's passion, thus far visiting 44 States and 26 countries. My Airbnb Co-hosts and I grew up spending summers on Put-In-Bay island and have countless memories on the island. In 2017 we jumped at the opportunity to buy into a luxury condo project where we could enjoy time with family and friends and offer to other travels when we are not using.
