Super séjour, le logement est très bien placé, dans une petite ruelle charmante dans le centre à proximité de tout. Chiara a été super réactive et très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment was nice and everything worked well. One of the two negative things considering the apartment might be the dust and dirt on the floor that got stuck in the bottom of the foot. The other one is the noises coming from the outside. The apartment is at street level so you could hear everything that's happening in the street. The host wasn't really helpful. When asking her opinion on how to get to the airport at night, she just sent me the timetables of the water busses. We had searched the timetables by ourselves already but in the timetables the last bus left around 23 PM and the first one 5 AM. So that wasn't helpful at all. I made a mistake of accidentally forgotting my expensive headphones to the apartment. The host said that she could send them to me via mail but didn't answer any of my messages for several days. The result was that she said that she couldn't find them. It could be possible that the next guests took them or then the host didn't want to send them.

Chiara and Chiara’s Appartement are perfect!!! Very fast communication. Location is in the city center and you can reach all the sights very fast. In the neighborhood it is possible to find shops, cafes and restaurants. Bed is very comfortable. Nespresso coffeemaker and all you need for your stay. Only one disadvantage is noise, it means that you hear neighbors and people, who walk on the street. But from another one point, all the houses in Venezia are old and you have to accept it. From another one way after a long day of sightseeing you fell asleep very fast. I can recommend it 100%!
