Ray was very communicative and helpful, the villa was beautiful and met all of our needs, definitely recommend especially for larger parties 16 and over.

Ray's residence offered a generously spacious yet inviting atmosphere, creating a perfect balance between size and coziness. The expansive kitchen was a particular highlight, providing ample space for preparing multiple meals with ease. The seclusion and privacy of the house were additional aspects that I thoroughly enjoyed. Ray's responsiveness and accommodating nature enhanced the overall experience, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again with family and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this BIG, beautiful mansion with my entire family for Christmas. It was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Our host Ray, was very welcoming and accommodating. Not only did the house had more than enough room for us all, but Ray really payed attention to detail to make sure that we had a smooth, pleasant stay. My only regret was not staying a bit longer to fully enjoy the place and it’s surroundings. We all definitely want to come back to Ray’s mansion for our next get together.

Guests beware! I looked for houses with hosts who would let me host a gathering for my 40th birthday and this was the only house that would allow that so that was a plus, HOWEVER, I was nickel and dimed for everything and the house was not clean and well kept AT ALL. In the pictures, it was obvious that things were outdated but for the size, I was willing to sacrifice that. The majority of the reviews also indicated that the house was clean and in good condition. I’m not sure the standards of the other guests, but this house was not clean nor was it in good condition. After arrival, I sent the host pictures of all the filth and he simply stated that I should not expect a five star hotel and all the reviews show his house is good. He also said that the parts of the house that are dirty or dusty are not part of rental so I shouldn’t point that out to my guests. He also said his house is not meant as a show piece for my guests. I would never recommend this place nor rent it ever again

Ray was extremely communicative and gave quick response time to all our questions and concerns. Ray was accommodating of our larger group of 50 people and gave clear and reasonable accommodations. Our group had an amazing time in the space and enjoyed the gorgeous views and sunset at Hemet. Definitely give this bnb a try if you are looking for something spacious and secluded.
