This was a perfect place to host a large group retreat. The place was clean and had lots of common space.

Pros: Great location, close to beach, there is a ramp you go down to access the beach. It can accommodate large group. Lots of eat out place around. Cons: The place is not as advertised in the picture, it looks very dated. Everything looks really dated. Not enough seating for the large group. Kitchen has very few utensils and they are very much used. Pet hairs every. We did not enjoy our trip, specially for the price we paid and we are not coming back here again.

Pros: the house has a great view and walking distance to the beach; Guests can stay at the main level and the lower level. Each level has a full kitchen and a laundry room. It's connected by a narrow steep stair inside the house but you can have access to each level from outside doors. Cons: kitchens are under-equipped. We couldn't find a cutting board or a salad mixing bowl. The other items are worn and of low quality. When we arrived, the lower level wasn't cleaned and was filthy with garbage from the previous guest. The property manager sent someone that night to change the sheets. Then a cleaning person came the next day and cleaned the floors, bathrooms, took out dirty garbage, etc, but they didn't clean the fridge. The property manager apologized over the phone and by text, but didn't offer any money off for the inconvenience. A family lives on the upper level, but they seemed nice.
