Such a beautiful place, and very quiet and private. You have the entire space to yourself. We loved the pool and hot tub, but FYI that the hot tub is not the same as the photos. It’s a classic wood-fired tub that must be prepared at least 4-5 hours in advance. We had to wait until the next day when the housekeeper was available— who was also extremely nice and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Zdenko!

This place truly looks like it is out of a story book, like a fairy cabin. Probably one of the most unique places I have stayed. It is a bit rustic, especially the bathroom, and feels like it has not been updated, but this is accurately captured in the pictures. You should be aware there is no door on the upstairs king bedroom, the spiral stairs open up to the bedroom area. The interior was as pictured. The exterior and views were much better than the pictures! The landscaping is a unique natural yet manicured look, that fits the magical house style. The hot tub was incredible, and can get extremely warm, but it does take a half day to warm up, so if you want to use it on the first night be sure to note that in communicating with the host. My kids loved all the outdoor amenities, and it was a great place and large yard for them to run around and play. Zdenko and Christopher, the care taker, were extremely responsive and helpful. Great mountain stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The view here is amazing! The house is cozy and unique and the property has many outdoor gathering spaces. After making sure it was okay with Zdenko, we invited my brother and his family (who were at a different local Airbnb) to spend time with us and it became a highlight for all of us. We gathered by the pool, took in the view and sounds- even napped in the perfect spring weather. Keep in mind, this is a mountain home so hot water doesn’t last long, and there are stray dogs that may wander on the property that you don’t want to touch but who will leave when you make it clear you don’t want them there. An unexpected “con” was the level of noise the local dogs made at night, make sure your phone has a white noise sound app if you’re a light sleeper.
