Ed’s place was wonderful- it was well equipped as well furnished, not to mention clean. I got to live my childhood dream hanging out in the Harry Potter room, very cozy and fun!! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. About 5 minute drive to Downtown Midland. I found this place very charming, and would love to come back!

This place was a fantastic home away from home. The quiet setting made it a much needed refuge after a long day! It has everything in the kitchen that you could possibly want or need, cozy living room and relaxing bedroom. The washer/dryer was such a luxury as well as the balcony overlooking the pool. The maintenance staff were extremely helpful and the host was above and beyond super! Would highly recommend this property for short term and especially long term stays. My three months there were perfect.

Ed’s a great host. His place is one of the best deals in midland, smart tv and cable, a place to use your bbq or smoker. Designated parking. These are things that are not offered for this price in this area. You can watch 3 games at the same time on Sundays. 6 recliners. It’s great.
