Hosting on Airbnb is somewhat of a newfound passion for my husband, George and I. We are artists and refurbishers at heart and love including recycled/upcycled things and art in the furnishings of our home for others to enjoy and experience. There is somewhat of a retro vibe happening in our Artsy Fun home with 50's/70s furnishings and a ranch style environment... ...It's surrounded by 22 acres of chico bushes and a view of Mount Blanca from the back door and deck...it's in town yet on an acre of land, making it a bit more private. Our Tiny house is just that approx 400 square feet...with up and lower levels...cool old refurbished married to newer contemporary..... Fun and colorful. Our Monte Vista House/ working art studio has guests sharing space with art and art supplies ...there for complimentary use by guests with access to group use by appointment etc. Just inquire. I work in painting, window art, jewelry and woodworking, to name a few. My husband's first love is automobiles but loves working in wood, as we create one-of-a-kind-furniture...which we sell and also love using in our homes...and he also assists me in window painting. Our family consist, at present, of ourselves and 2 fur babies: one small dog and our newest member "Abby" the very spirited larger hound. Always keeping the 4 footed family members in the picture. We want to be accomodating hosts. We welcome clear communications and like to respect our guests privacy during their stay; yet enjoy meeting new people too.
