Very responsible person. I have had mistaken booking of Pam place , she was truth worthy of the matter and help me with the refund.

The room that I booked was not available. Hence I was shifted to the other room. Linens were not changed and they smelt old. I discovered a few mosquitos which were probably breeding in the dirty pool. There were no curtains and drapes and a lot of windows to let the light in. I was there for only one night in the evening to sleep but couldn't get proper sleep.

Pan and Nigel are amenable, communicative, friendly, and interesting. Highly recommend a stay here for the really comfortable bed and atmosphere, lovely spacious home, and sweet couple.

Pam and Nigel's place is lovely - the bedroom was huge and the bathroom sparkling clean with an amazing shower. Pam was very helpful in explaining everything and very quick to respond to any questions I had. The bus to Epping station is right across the street and North Epping is a leafy quiet residential suburb which was nice to escape to after time in the city. I was in Sydney to visit friends and had a packed itinerary so I didn't get to spend as much time as I would've liked with the hosts and other guests who were very lovely, but I'd definitely book again next time I'm in Sydney. Thank you for everything!
