The townhouse was located on a beautiful lake with gorgeous scenery. We loved the peaceful and calming atmosphere. The 101 was easily heard when outside but not inside the townhouse. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this lakeside retreat. The lake views, access to watercraft, and close proximity to the beach was fantastic. The house was clean with a well appointed kitchen. It was a perfect getaway for relaxation.

Lovely location with water (lake) view. Fun TV room above the unattached garage was an appreciated bonus space. Unfortunately both the Internet and hot tub were out of service during our visit, but the owner and property managers were responsive and made accommodations when repairs were unavailable immediately.

The stay was wonderful . Although hot tub was not working on the first night and it was fixed by the second day. And WiFi suddenly stopped working on day 2 and they couldn’t fix it in time for our our time there

the place was super cozy! The bed was a little lumpy (in the ground floor room with bathroom attached). the Hot tub was awesome, even in the snow/rain/sleet it still kept temp which was impressive! had to fill it when we got there but makes sense since it's not the busy season, the new owner was super responsive when the lock box was a bit wonky. the house was cozy and easy to keep warm. Didn't get a chance to use the water craft they provide but definitely on my list when we Come back! great place to stay when in Rockaway! :D
