Recent Museum District renovation close to restaurants, nightlife, Medical Center, and Rice University. Walk to Metrorail station for easy access to downtown / Med Center / NRG Stadium. Cozy, sunny, poolside 1 bedroom apartment with washer/dryer. No kitchen, but there is a small fridge and coffee maker. Walking distance to Rice University, museums, Montrose, and Hermann Park. A convenient launching point for exploring the city or doing business in the Medical Center. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016.

Jan is such a nice host. Settings in the apartment really make you feellike home. You get a welcome letter with your name on i at the bedside table. You get a fridge filled with nice and cold drinks. You get some oranges and some fastfood near the microwave oven. Everything is So thoughtful. 推荐给来rice附近落脚的中国留学生，房东人很好，屋子要比周围的酒店舒服非常多，并且价格也比酒店便宜，在没找到合适的长期住处之前是非常不错的落脚点，步行到rice大概5-10min

My husband and I loved staying at Jan’s nicely appointed place! Each morning we did a jog through the beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to get where we needed by walking or Uber. Jan was very responsive. The value of the place can’t be beat. Would definitely say here again!
We had a lovely stay in Jan's guest house. Jan was very responsive. If you don't have a car, there are limited dining options within a 1 mile walk, but the neighborhood is a wonderful residential area.

The rental is in the northern part of the beautiful Boulevard Oaks neighborhood of Houston, within walking distance of places such as Rice University, Museum District, Menil Collection, and Texas Medical District. You will be 2 blocks away from the unique, historic Broadacres (east of Mandell, between North and South Boulevard), featured in the 1983 movie "Terms of Endearment".
Short walk to Metro Rail to get to various central locations.
Additionally, a 24/7 vehicle service is offered for pick up/drop off at the airport, and travel inside and outside the city at a 10% discount vs. Uber/Lyft.
